In 1999, Mike and Cheryl went from being coworkers to co-owners when they made the decision to purchase The Wave Length from the previous long-time owners. Mike and Cheryl both had the vision of a salon with an inviting, family-friendly, close-knit environment. As owners, they make sure that everything about your experience is phenomenal. Your decision to visit their salon is one that they truly appreciate. 

Mike and Cheryl's strong sense of family is felt in the salon daily by not only their employees but by guests of the salon as well. One of their favorite things about being leaders in the salon is being able to witness all the beautiful hair transformations that occur every day.
